What are the chances the Phase 2 of the Flats actually happens?

What are the chances the Phase 2 of the Flats actually happens?
Just reminds me of that lakefront district project next to CBS that never is going to happen.
Is now this.
I am looking at this from a distance but I really though Stage 2 would be complete by the spring of 2014.... Has the Casino popularity already run its course?
Does someone have an estimate on how many jobs E&Y are bringing. It's an impressive building.
I think part of it is there's not enough room for all the games they want in there. I hear people complain all the time that there's not enough penny slots or not enough nickle slots.
This is very true. I don't go there because I can't sit down and play a game of blackjack... Even when I do get a seat, I have someone hovering over my shoulder trying to scavenge the first available seat. Definitely had a more enjoyable time at Pittsburgh's casino, as much as I do not like that city as a whole.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- In a rare collaboration, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald are partnering to push forward on roughly $350 million worth of long-discussed downtown development, including a convention center hotel and a nearby pedestrian bridge to the lakefront.
FitzGerald will announce today that he plans to use extra money from the convention center complex to support construction of a 600-to-700-room hotel in place of the county's administration building at Lakeside Avenue and Ontario Street. Lower construction costs and higher-than-expected sales tax and hotel bed tax revenues -- the funding streams for the convention center and attached Global Center for Health Innovation -- have left the county with a windfall.
