Corey Coleman

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
yeah picks like this set this franchise back decades.

either
1.) JG is coming back earlier than I thought
2.) Dez is coming
3.) Callaway must actually look quite...good?

Kinda confused.

Callaway is the real fuckin deal.

That's all this says.

Wow

(I'd be shocked if Dez is a Brown and this move was made because Browns know it)

I really hope it’s not for something like a 5th. Coleman has talent. Just needs to be worked with. We don’t have the luxury to be selling off talent.

If the plan was to trade him away all along, why not do this two weeks ago?

Somebody else probably would have benefitted from the 9 days worth of first team reps Coleman just got.

Maybe it was his performance in those reps that got Buffalo to make an offer? They're pretty underwhelming at WR with Benjamin (who is mediocre at best) and Zay Jones (who was horribly inefficient in college despite the elite athleticism, which is usually a red flag).

Remember the days people were saying Coleman proved Sashi could draft ( shon And Corey) good times!

Not that I'm mad or upset with anything regarding Coleman, or the people who drafted him, but Browns just keep suffering with their 1st rounders.

Browns 1st rounders, 2012-2016:

Trent Richardson: traded in 1 yr
Brandon Weeden: cut in 2 yrs
Barkevious Mingo: traded in 3 yrs
Justin Gilbert: traded in 2 yrs
Johnny Manziel: cut in 2 yrs
Danny Shelton: traded in 3 yrs
Cam Erving: traded in 2 yrs
Corey Coleman: traded in 2 yrs

Go ahead and predict the next one

Well, if he goes to Buffalo and has a breakout year like a lot of third-year receivers do it'll just make it look like we were incompetent and cut bait too soon.

What 1st round WR “broke” out in year three that didn’t in year 1 or 2. Curious....

Hard Knocks bro.

This is just surprising from a depth stand point. We spent a large chunk of last season with Higgins and Louis as our top 2 receivers. Health is never guaranteed. I personally would have kept him for one more year to see how he develops.
