167lbs, 13.2% BF according to my scale... looks like November 1st is bulking time!
I've also stopped the binge eating of Reese's Peanut Butter cups. I had my last one on Friday.

I know I have talked about it before on here but I have decided to finally run my first full marathon. I am going to run the Toledo marathon in April. I know it is not ideal to train (winter and all, I was going to hold off until the next Columbus one in October 2015, but too long for me), but I probably won't get into the full of it until February. I will just run my 4-6miles when I decide to run until then to keep my legs ready.
Anyone want to join we can get a little RCF group and raise some $ for charity and the good ol' RCF fund.
The "early bird" special is all the way until December 31st, only $65. So you have time to decide. If we get a real interest I will start something up on here/a group on the marathon page.
I would do it if it were a 5k or something.. a marathon is so far out of my league haha
The Toledo Marathon has a 5k, half, relay(5 person full) and of course, the full marathon.
The 5k is only $25 until December 31st.
I am not saying everyone has to do the full with me, but any race they want to run in we can get a big RCF team with a big golden penis on our shirts.
I am losing my mind waiting for my elbow to heal and watching all my hard work go down the toilet.
