167lbs, 13.2% BF according to my scale... looks like November 1st is bulking time!
 
That's discipline @AuxiliaryPie My BF% is easily doubled.

It's interesting that men go through the bulking phase. It's something that I'm glad isn't seen a lot in females.
167lbs is tiny.
 
@Nicky Yeah im a little too small for my liking..but gonna keep cutting the rest of the month to get some leeway when i do bulk. I will NOT be doing 3000 Cals/day this time around, i got so fat in just a month last time...slow and steady wins the bodybuilding race
 
In the last week, I had to train 2 new members who do not speak English. What should have been a 30 minute session, quickly turned into an hour. And even showing them how to stretch correctly... :doh:. And they always want me for any follow up workouts.

I've also stopped the binge eating of Reese's Peanut Butter cups. I had my last one on Friday. I've opted for fruit instead. Eating healthier and trying to get more workouts in. Saturday's a guarantee workout, after I finish my shift. I workout just to get one of those smoothies after the fact. I've been on the Fat Burn workouts, but I know I need to do full body, this Saturday. I need consistency.
 
Finally got to use my lifting belt, deadlifting is way more comfortable with some resistance on the ol' midsection. Got 365 today, not bad for being in a massive deficit for the last 2 weeks (sub 1800 cals most days).

I also got to use my weighted dipping/pull up belt.. got 10 chin ups with +20lbs on me. feels good man

had to buy new jeans, i wear a size 30 now but my legs barely fit in them. fml.

i need to get a mouth guard, i clench my jaw really fucking when i lift and im not trying to fuck up a million dollars worth of dental work

Wow, you really gave up around a bad time for that. It's freakin' Halloween!

I know I have talked about it before on here but I have decided to finally run my first full marathon. I am going to run the Toledo marathon in April. I know it is not ideal to train (winter and all, I was going to hold off until the next Columbus one in October 2015, but too long for me), but I probably won't get into the full of it until February. I will just run my 4-6miles when I decide to run until then to keep my legs ready.

Anyone want to join we can get a little RCF group and raise some $ for charity and the good ol' RCF fund.

The "early bird" special is all the way until December 31st, only $65. So you have time to decide. If we get a real interest I will start something up on here/a group on the marathon page.

I would do it if it were a 5k or something.. a marathon is so far out of my league haha

edit- @SixPACK i did see a lot of Glass City Marathon windbreakers at Savers last night, so i could donate and buy one of those and just say i did it? :chuckle:

The Toledo Marathon has a 5k, half, relay(5 person full) and of course, the full marathon.

The 5k is only $25 until December 31st.

I am not saying everyone has to do the full with me, but any race they want to run in we can get a big RCF team with a big golden penis on our shirts.

i'll think aboot it, sounds like fun to me. I might be able to get some guys to join in too, lots of runners in the new grad student pool
 
Also, the Indians play the Tigers that day at 1pm, so we can get our 2 free beers/food at the tent after the race then head to a bar to watch the game.
 
I am losing my mind waiting for my elbow to heal and watching all my hard work go down the toilet.
 
only thing keeping me sane. But being in awesome shape is part of my identity. Walking around without a crutch leaves a man unstable.
