Dream Team 4: Golden State Warriors

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
they were miserable coming out of timeouts all game. i'm sure snyder drew up something amazing, but they can't execute against elite defenses. that look was the best shot out of timeout they got other than getting fouled

You're down 1 and you're in the bonus. So instead of Hayward or Burks driving and potentially drawing a foul, they give it to a second-year player to jack up a long three... Are you fucking kidding me, Jazz...

Ian Fucking Clark hits 4-5 3's tonight in only 6 minutes of action.

That's the kind of shit that makes me batty, because it happens all the time with this team. Random guys step up and turn into Steph like marksmen.

Draymond Green with a 12 assist 4 block game....Green might honestly be a top 20 player.

He's actually in the top 20 of 5 other categories besides these, according to www.basketball-reference.com

...I think he he under-appreciated. I think he is more important to the warriors than klay thompson, or Bogut.

Wtf James harden is top ten in defensive win shares?

That pretty much invalidates that advanced stat. Something very flawed for that to ever occur.

That's what I thought, too. I don't know how they compose these lists.

They probably don't factor in dribbling off your foot or staring expressionless off into space though.

edit: it seems I pasted stats for 2014-2015 (last year)

Harden isnt in the top 20 defensively for this year so far

We all said that too, until watching lbj get hacked at end of games and never go to the line, and lost the finals.

The guys are now getting to a cocky point I can not handle. I wish someone would punch Green in the face and Knee Curry in the nuts. Like they are allowed to do by refs all the time.

Maybe I'm dreaming or hoping, but I swear that Andre Iguodala has to come back to Earth at some point this season. He's now shooting 48% from three. This guy has pretty consistently been a 34/35% shooter from three his whole career.
He's shooting 57% from the corner on threes. By far better than he's ever done.
The dude even has two attempts that are considered "heaves", so he's shooting 50% on typical threes.
He's made over 100 three pointers in his career just once, eight years ago. This year he is on pace to make 106 on 100 fewer attempts than that 07-08 season.
I just can't believe that this is sustainable. Curry leveled out. Green leveled out a bit. This guy has to have a 1-15 stretch in him over a few games coming up.

Just keep in mind a healthy cavs team can counter anything this team has to offer and put more pressure on their defense than any other team.

That was the list from last year. Despite his rep, Harden was solid defensively last season.

He's back to not giving a crap this year, and it is painfully evident.
