Eh I think this is all real and Wade wants to come here but he is having fun with it and will take the money wherever it is in the end. If he does end up here I think I would shit myself. I'll clarify by saying that I feel like a34 year old adult, who has seen Wyatt happened to his best friend when he pulled some dumb shit, and who has willingly accepted the role of the citys hero unlike lbj, would not maliciously spit in his fans face if he was actually leaving.

It's it more likely that he (an adult, who has seen the aftermath of carelessness and malice) is being a gigantic asshole to his fanbase before telling them to go fuck themselves or is it more likely that he is posturing and daring the organization to pay him?

I think it is a mix of both. I think he feels like he was the main reason for the Heats titles and feels he should be paid for what he as done. In my mind he is saying "I have no issue leaving and playing for less money to win more titles" Yet making Riley pony up that cash to give him his due. They are giving up on him and see how pissed people were when LeBron left? Wade was and is the Heat and now some fans and the Riley are basically giving up on him. If anybody is going to the Lakers it is Wade if the Cavs can work a miracle to get him.
