Oh yeah for sure. He's also very young. Isn't he like 20yrs? I'm not sure.

About 9 more hours I believe, to sign draft picks. Alex White is still unsigned. We signed 16 of our 50 picks. 19 of our top 20. Not bad at all. Probably won't sign anyone more besides White.
I don't want him now. I'm sick of crying and whining young kids quibbling over money. The Indians pick up one extra first round pick for next year if he doesn't sign. Screw him and his horse he rode in on.
We'll have the same problem next year. This kid doesn't appear to be asking for outrageous amounts, he was projected to be a top 10 pick, so he wants about as much as they are getting. #8 got 2.27 #19 got 2.9. He wants a little more than 2 mil. Sounds fair.
I kind of agree because baseball is different than football. But it's the same as Crabtree, it doesn't matter where he was supposed to go, all that matters is where he went. Granted it's not an outrageous amount he is asking for, it is above his draft slot.
Every single player is getting over slot value. I read that a 22nd round pick got a million. It's all flawed. I'm almost positive that not one player signed for slot value, all more.
You can't blame the kids though. It all goes on the whole process.
