Fix 'em Browns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Cali has found himself to be quite incredulous about your story, Chief... He needs to know more...

Wouldn't want Bill back either. He's a damn good coach.. I won't deny that and Patriots past will back that up. But just wouldn't want him there.

And we have a better shot with Tressel then Billy.

Than you were drunk all of those years.

Tell me why he benched and cut Bernie, give me the story bro. HINT, it wasnt becuase he couldnt get the job done. Come on and give me the story.

Did he ever start again after Bill cut him? No. Must have known something.

When your most beloved player isn't listening to the coaching staff, there is a problem there too. And of course people will bring up the play Bernie called up in the dirt. Congrats, I think they were losing by 30 that game....

Well he obvisouly doest not know cause he was in a coma all those years.

Bernie made up a play against the jets, I actaully slightly remember the play, when bellipuke wanted a run; Bernie through a touchdown pass to Michael HE-HE Jackson, as boomer would say.

Bellipuke had enough.

What makes you look like even more of an ingnorant Browns fan is that bellipuke has admitted that cutting Bernie was a mistake. Well well well.

And Bernie went on to have success with the Cowboys, actually helped them go to the Super Bowl. But wait he had deminishing skills, that cant make sense. He was 29.

No true Browns fan would want that prick to be our coach.

Well, actually he wasn't getting it done. Under Kosar the Browns did the following with Belichick:

1991: 6-10
1992: 7-9
1993: 7-9

So the heat was on Belichick after three AFC Championship Game appearances prior to his arrival. He shook things up in 1994 and they went 11-5. I also believe he was close to convincing Phil Simms to come here prior to his retirement. Belichick was just trying to get the Browns back to their winning ways. He was always team over player, no matter who that player was. And yes, we hated it as fans, but a lot of us would kill to get a winner back here. I can't disagree with team over player in retrospect.

Good memory. It was against the Broncos.

Uhh, he got benched the next game bro. Can you put 2 and 2 togther, or is addition to complicated.

The teams record was 5-3, moron that was good for 1st place in the Central division.

Here...from http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1208/is_n21_v216/ai_14603660/pg_1

Or, think about the gumption it took to tell his team, "We're 5-3, tied for the (AFC Central) lead, guys, and we're going with Todd Philcox at quarterback." And Philcox threw two interceptions and fumbled twice in the Browns' embarrassing 22-5 loss to Seattle last Sunday.

Goodness, if told my old man what your trying to tell me he would call you an idiot.

I don't know what else I can say other than what I've already posted. If anyone really thinks that Belichick wouldn't be an upgrade - THE architect of three Superbowls in four years for the Pats - then I'm not sure how much credibility they really have. And I'm not sure how cali can have his finger on the pulse of Brownstown all the way from the Left Coast. No offense cali, but I think you still may be too young to understand just how embarrassing the Browns current situation really is. If it means admitting that Belichick really CAN coach and embracing him back here I'd be all for it in a heartbeat. But again, we are dreaming if we think it could ever really happen.

Uh what are you talking about? Well your old man must be an idiot. Long live Bernie and the 30 yard play he drew up against the Broncos to bring them within 15 points in the last few seconds...Kind of sad when people look back at that as some sort of legendary play around here.

I get made fun of all the time for being a Browns fan, ALL THE TIME. So dont give me that bullshit about not knowing what are current situation is. Ive been made fun of my entire freaking life for loving this team.

I never once typed that bellipuke wouldnt be an upgrade, do yourself a favor and go and READ, never said it.

Also, I read articles every single day out here in the left coast: from the plain dealer, cantonrep, bernies insiders and clevelandbrowns.com so I know how embarrasing our current situation is. Moron.

Im 21, I live and die with this team. Hell, I probably think what life would be like if the Browns were good, 3-4 times a day. My age has nothing to do with any of this, as you can tell I know my shit.

Well I think you are a moron if you wouldn't want Bill back.

The thing about bringing BB back is the fact that you're bringing back stability.. You show that you are more than serious about turning this around..

You're bringing in a proven NFL winner

Not his fat defensive coordinator who was our coordinator in 2000 and was pathetic..

Not a college coach

And not Chris Palmer (this one still gives me chills)

You would ultimately be bringing in the best coach in the game.. And you would be doing it without a cheap ass owner..

I don't care about what he did in the past... Same with possibly bringing in Cowher.. I don't care about the past..

I care about right now.. And if we need BB back ? that's fine... If the only way we could beat the Steelers and win a SB is too take their coach, I would do it... **** all this pride junk.... I just want to win..

Even if Steelers fans made fun of us and said: "Only way you could win is by taking and using our coach, you couldn't do it with your own coach, which is proof that you always sucked" I'm okay with that.. Because at the end of the day, you're hoisting the trophy, and nobody else is.. And that's all that matters..

Resorting to namecalling is rather childish, but expected. I'm glad you're a Browns fan. I've been a lifelong Browns fan and I brought up the age thing to let you know that while you were home shitting your diaper, I was living and dying with every snap during those playoff years. If you're that hardheaded that you wouldn't accept Belichick as a coach for slighting an aging, worn-down Bernie, then I'm not really sure I'm the moron.

That post does show that you are a moron. I called you a moron when talking about the current situation, not about Bernie. You assumed that becasue Im 21 and live in Cali that I dont know whats going on. Once again learn how to read.

Once again that team was in first place, than he got cut with some bum as the backup. UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, hello. Bernie might have been what he was in the past but he wasnt a bumb either. He helped lead the Cowboys to a superbowl, how again can that happen if he isnt any good?

Its a mute point anyways, belipuke isnt coming here and he got lucky that brady turned out to be a stud and that vanderjack made a couple of field goals.

And yes I was shitting my diapers during those playoff years, but my old man was tossing me up and down when we beat the Jets in the double overtime game. And I watch the old playoff games every once and a while, so I know what was going on dude.

Im off to lake tahoe, piece.
