Yeah I'd trade Dion for Hibbert for sure. Wonder how much more Indiana would demand.

You think Roy Hibbert is what we need? A plodding center who demands the ball in the post and cries about touches even though he shoots putrid %s for a big?

I don't think so.

Furthermore, I don't think TT and Dion are real problems to this team. We know they can both play, they aren't this bad. I blame coaching (Blatt) and just unfamiliarity with the new system, team, etc.

I know Dion can play...but TT is pretty bad.

As for Hibbert...I just want someone that can play some fucking defense and be able to block a shot. If he would be able to accept a role that minimizes his touches offensively then that would be ideal.

Yeah, we should blame Blatt for Dion throwing bad shots like he always does...

It's always coaching. Never Dion's fault.

Neither Thompson nor Dion have shown any improvement from last year. Dion's shot selection isn't a new thing. It's been a weakness his first two years and he hasn't seem to have improved in that area at all. Thompson still has zero touch around the rim and doesn't block many shots. If there were SOME growth in either guy I'd be a little more hesitant to shop them. But with Thompson getting paid this coming summer and Dion after that I think I'm ok with it.

We aren't exactly playing like the SSOL Suns. We could use someone to help guard the basket, and Hibbert is one of the best at that.

TT and Dion are both average players, and both have overinflated opinions of their game to the point where they will demand huge money that they aren't worth. Being picked 4th doesn't mean shit when you have are the same player 3-4 years into your career.

All I'm going to say is that talent wins in the NBA and the Cavs have a lot of talented players on their roster. They could use a few tweaks here and there but this team is going to get better and challenge for a Championship. It's game 11, they sucked tonight, they will get better. The overreactions around this please are frustrating to sift thru, goodnight.

Because that's exactly what I am saying...:dejection:
