Z might be one of those guys that relys on starting to get him into the flow of the game and is useless coming off the bench.

I would start Z, bring Shaq in off the bench with the 2nd string. Atleast you have an offensice focal point with Shaq coming off the bench. The way it is now, you have your 2 best scorers' games fucking eachohter up, and with the 2nd string it's the Daniel Gibson dribbling clinic with no scoring.

Let's not freak out, or call Mike Brown out yet. What I would do, and I think PIP could possibly relate to this, is compare the Cavs to the Yankees this year. At the beginning of the season we expected to see an unstoppable team with the addition of new talent that the Yankees brought in. However, at first they didn't seem to mesh well and didn't seem like they would be as great as expected. But as the season rolled on we began to see flashes of greatness. And at the end when it mattered most, the Yankees picked up steam and just began rolling over teams and look where they are now (losing in the world series :chuckles.

Even though it is a different sport, just like the Yankees the Cavs have alot of new faces, and we don't look very good right now. Actually, we look like a mess. But I say don't put too much on these first few games. You can obvioulsy tell that the team needs to mesh as well as coach Brown needs to figure out his lineups. But I think as the season rolls on and as we near the end, this team will be GREAT.
