Will be interesting to see how the rest of the team steps up tonight in LeBron's absence.

I bet this is a more feel-it-out type game. I think they want to see what kind of team they have against a stronger opponent without James and him bailing them out in bad possessions.

Sure, the Thunder have won 4 straight and Westbrook/Durant going to have a field day but it could be a a let-down, a trap game for OKC.

The Cavaliers still can win this tonight, I bet LBJ misses tomorrow too so he gets an extended break. Take a page out of the Spurs book, conserve energy. Don't go all out like Pop would. He would be sitting James, Love and Irving in the same game...baby steps lol!

Yes David, Dion gets you don't want him starting, you don't need to play our best active player out of position just to prove that point.

"knee soreness" seems odd considering Lebron was playing huge down the stretch the other night...Feel its the Cavs truly trying to rest him without coming off like Pop

Resting LeBron is important now no matter the competition. Whether people want to admit it or not, he's older. This is going to be in play especially since he's still logging major minutes and we just have to get used to it.

LeBron James has played 128 games and approaching 10,000 more minutes than Dwyane Wade who now has french fries for legs.

This team winning without LeBron on some nights is a good thing and builds chemistry.

Liked for the abstract metaphorical imagery of french fries for legs. Replied to let you know the "Slickness level" of that comparison is 9/10, good job dude.

Still think the Cavs can win without Lebron. This is actually a great opportunity for the rest of the players. We know that Kyrie and Dion play well against the Thunder but Love also has had some of his best games against them.

LeBron is apparently worth 4 points. We were 2.5 point underdogs this morning. We're now at 6.5.

The idea that they would use knee soreness as an excuse to rest him against one of the most difficult games of the year is completely far-fetched.

Plus, why even lie about it?

Pop got fined for resting stars during a national TV game. Being smart.

Thunder is 50/50 with Lebron. Resting him against Charlotte risks us losing to a bad team. See if we can pull one out tonight, guarantee a win tomorrow.

I think we will see alot of ball movement today.
more than before

Will be interesting to see how the team plays without LeBron actually.

I think Love has a big game.

Tonight we will see the growth of Kyrie and see has he improved on getting his guys involved and making them better. I know he is going to feel like he needs to score more tonight but he needs to pick his spots.

Who here would've put money on LeBron being the 1st of these Big 3 to miss a game?

Still have a big 3 tonight. This is set up perfectly for Air Waiters to have a big game on national t.v! :celb (15):

So the Cavs are without LeBron and Mike Miller in this game. That leaves the SF rotation as Marion, Jones and Harris. Wouldn't be surprised to see all three play significant minutes.
