He missed 1 game in 08-09 and the Cavs lost. Last game of the year against the sixers, Boobie forced overtime with a last second 3.

Despite the loss, this is likely the game that won Mike Brown coach of the year as Mo Williams and Z were also being rested. Most considered it an impressive performance.

But we still got a big fat L.

EDIT: and the big decision before this game was to rest guys or attempt to match the Celtics NBA record for regular season home victories at 40.

Do people really believe that when the game gets the most physical in the playoffs that D Rose will step up to the occasion and not just play but actually play great? It's a dumb assumption that most analysts and commentators are making. I'd bet all my money that he would not go through an entire playoff run let alone playing at a top level.
