Game notes:

  • Attack the basket, Miami is weak upfront.

  • Get off to a fast start, we can't afford to let them stay in the game because Wade is capable of taking over at anytime.

  • Make Wade a jump shooter, just like teams try to play Lebron. Try to limit his attempts at driving to the basket.

I think we should be able to win this one pretty easily, I hope we can win by 20+ simply to send a message to the Heat and hurt their confidence going into the game at Miami on Tuesday.

LeBron needs to be super-aggressive from the tip, there's no way Beasley or Haslem are going to block his shot when he gets inside.

In recent games, Beasley has been coming off the bench and Anthony has been starting at center.
It gives the Heat a bit more punch off the bench. They have won some impressive games but also been up and down.

It would be great to see the Cavs get the ball to Z to take advantage of anyone they can put on him.

Z should have a big game considering Miami's lack of length in the front court.

Things to watch out:

Dwyane Wade
Daequan Cook
Star Jones
LeBron's Hangover

On hoopshype.......it says Shawn Marion is out for the season but I cant find the article? So I went to Heat message boards to try to find out anything about it and instead, I came across the "Cavs Heat" matchups coming up. They think they can beat us because they beat the Lakers and LA is WAAAAAAAAY better than us AND we lost to the Hawks. They think if they shut down Lebron it will be easy because Cleveland doesnt have any other scorers. They think the games are rigged at home from watching the Washington game.

1) They shouldnt be ignorant enough to base all of there information about our team from one game
2) It happens we played the worst we ever have against the Wizards
3) We won the game...not the refs and we normally dont get any calls at all regardless at home
4) Delonte West is really gonna shock you guys ( wonder if they have heard of Mo Williams)
5) Nice to base off the Hawks game....once again comin off a back to back on the road without Z

Those headlines on Hoopshypes are really old, they made a big mistake on that front page.

Miami are a very streaky team. There starting five aren't neccessarily their best unit, but defensively are decent. When the team goes small with Cook and Beasley out there with Wade, Chalmers and Marion/Haslem, tht is when they get dangerous. That squad can also shoot their way out of this game.

Our starting five should put us in control, but it will be up to Varejao and Gibson to match Beasley and Cook.

Tough matchup at guard with the quick Chalmers likely to trouble Mo, and Wade being Wade will make life tough for West. If the team defense is up to scratch and the help is on cue then both of those players can force shots and give upa few turnovers.

Wouldn't be surprised if we lost one of these games against Miami. I'd definitely look for us to have much better focus this game though after what happened against Washington. Lebron should have a big game after a poor one by his standards last time. Plus it's Lebron vs. Wade so you know he'll want to dominate. Should be fun to watch.

There gonna have a REALLY tough time scorin in the paint with there posts especially. Z and Ben have got that all locked down. Haslem and Marion down low? Please get Z the rock early and dominate the paint...that always leads to blow out victories. And im not worried about Mo on Chalmers one bit....Mo is a vet and hes gonna school that rook. Chalmers isnt gonna be so good on defense when Mos gonna be given him buckets all night. Wades there only hope but whats he gonna do. Delonte is a excellent defender and isnt givin up any height....and im sure Lebrons gonna be playin D on him if he "gets going" a little bit and Lebrons 6'9. When D-Bag drives...hes gonna get swatted by Big Ben and the 7'3 Ilgauskas. O....and my favorite part.....WHOS GONNA STOP LEBRON.... There interior defense is HORRIBLE...and there outside defense is bad too. People think they have good perimeter defense but all they do is gamble and were gonna take big advantage of that...Lebron knows hes playin against Wade and is gonna drop 60... Ok how is THAT for a POSITIVE POST :) Your Welcome guys.....I just spent 30 minutes writing that to make myself feel good.

The Heat rotate between Marion, Haslem and Beasley at the 4 spot.

Red Alert!

Please dont use Wally on these guys!
