Game 35 | Cavs (19-15) @ Philadelphia (4-28) | January, 5th, 2015 | 7pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Delly lost this game so many different ways. Getting abused off the dribble, missing FTs that could have extended the lead to 3. But what really ticks me off is him not knowing how to feed Kevin Love with a guard squarely on his back 5 feet from the basket. They weren't even hard passes, he just looked terrified to make the pass.

Oh well, we traded our 3rd ball handler for 2 guys than can't handle the ball. Any stretch where Kyrie or LeBron is out and we're royally screwed.

When we are healthy Delly should get 8 minutes a game if that. He cost us the game several times Love had position in the post on the final shot he didn't pass. Love was open when we were up one instead Delly held onto the ball so he could get fouled and missed two ft's. Then Blatt play calling in the final seconds was pretty bad . First when Delly called a time out for the Final play it looked like it was designed for TT to get the ball into Delly and work a play. You have to guarantee your best player gets the ball on the final possession when you are undermanned. I know we were down players but Blatt looked a little lost on play calling towards the end just hoping a Kevin Love post up would work no real action to draw attention away or create multiple options.

What a depressing game to watch. Collapsed against a bunch of chuckers. There seriously aren't any better backup PGs available than what the Cavs are trotting out there?

To be fair to Delly he was fouled hard on that last drive to the basket and it was a no call.

35 points in the fourth. 35. Was Marion too hurt to put back in there as Wroten made layup after layup?

AJ Price shot 10 times in 13 minutes. And then, as the lead dwindled away, Price was in for God knows what reason gunning away. Last 6 minutes on offense: TT jumpshot and turnover, JJ jumpshot missed, Price 1-3 on jumpers in like a minute, Delly jumpshot missed, lay up missed, layup missed, 2 FTs missed, Love one dunk and two FTs. Terrible end of game. Absolutely terrible.

Honestly I think we need to see if we can get a better backup PG. Delly should be third on any team especially on a team trying to contend. If we have to package him I won't shed a tear

They had almost no stops the last part of the 4th. They had two awful PGs putting up shot after shot. Where was Miller? Can't we get a PG who can feed Love? Any mediocre veteran team w/average execution should've been able to put this one away.

This right now is one of the worst teams in the NBA. I don't have faith that they can beat anyone at this point.

WTF? I know you are basically sans the entire squad but how in the world do you give up a 17 pt lead in the 3rd to the freaking Sixers? You were letting Wroten just drive every time. This is horrible, I am sorry I thought the Pistons loss was the worse this season, this is. I do not care if you are undermanned, it is the Sixers; they are trying to lose.

Horrible, I don't even truly blame the miss free throws for this loss, I blame just the lack of emotion or any kind of similance of pride.

Ruin my night why don't you.

"And AJ Price as Dion Waiters."

Must admire the seamless transition.

This game did make me feel a little better. For awhile I was thinking it was only the cavs who consistently missed wide open shots....

This thread is hilarious after knowing the final outcome of the trade. People were ready to jump off of 480!!

The OKC 1st sealed the deal for me. We got 3 assets for a glorified chucker who's a shoot 1st, shoot 2nd, miss layup scream And1, and pass 3rd player. One can play D, one was actually a 6th man winner, and a future pick to offer for a big man.

In the meantime, Rich is a debbie downer.
