If you're expecting him to shoot like a 5th year PF or dribble like a PG then yeah, he can't shoot or dribble.

I expect him to shoot and dribble like a second year PF that was taken in the top three! His handles are terrible and his shot won’t improve until he starts remaining calm under fire from a defender putting a body on him. Who was the last player that averaged 20ppg on put backs and lobs to the rim??? I can’t remember anybody! He needs to develop a consistent go to move!
