he has looked better than expected these last couple of appearances

He looks a lot more comfortable in the offense. He is better running the floor than the other 2 bigs, and he sets pretty good screens. His rebounding is pretty bad.
We won't see him much more, but it is nice to see a couple good games. He played well with Allen too and that was a big lineup. I didn't want to bring him back before. Maybe they should see what TT is like unroided before they make that decision.
He lost his backup spot really fast and it was pretty clear it was because he was a bit a lost. Maybe he can be more useful now that he knows the system better. Hell it took Niang and Strus a lot more games than Damian has even played to get comfy
