I don't think its that bad, ala Rueben Droughns - what is bad is that she kicked out the window and resisted arrest, probably feeling that she was above the law (speculation).
Let me correct this before I get heat - I don't think its bad that we should forgive her....it is bad driving under such an influence - in Rube's case, he only had a couple and blew .001 over the legal limit. Driving drunk should never be done - know your limits - driving after a dinner and one or two beers or glasses of wine is fine in my book - if tested, limit would be below what is allowed. But to cause such a commotion, especially when in the public eye, is an issue.
