You have no argument.
My argument is that unarmed blacks are killed at a disproportionate rate compared to unarmed whites. I explained, in detail, my argument in several posts up-thread.
You addressed none of it.
Until the culture of homicide and crime is turned around in poor communities nothing of significance will change.
You've said now, for years, that nothing will change. You said there would be no national change for body cameras, or national action about police brutality - that was all wrong.
Your predictions are more like hopes... Change is happening, we see it.
Is that likely to happen when you're pointing the finger at the fucking police?
Should no one check the police? Are they sacrosanct and above reproach?
I'm calling for reforms. As you've said before, you're against such reforms.
You say this, because the reality of this conversation between the two of us is that you're a racist and you are afraid of Black men.
You know this so your job here is to call others racist and cry how this forum isn't diverse enough so people pity thumbs up your insignificant rambling.
Well.. this discussion isn't diverse...
There are no Blacks in this conversation. It's a microcosm of White males. How is that representative?
Beyond that, your posts never provide argumentation; but instead, you just rail on about your own personal grievances with "Black America." We get it, you hate Blacks... but as I said before, the issues you raise, while important, aren't the issue being discussed.
So rather than derailing the topic, which is police brutality, why not keep the focus on the topic at hand?
The police fight crime.
Not always... That's the point.
There's lots of crime in low income communities. It's not exactly surprising divisive issues are going to happen.
Simply because racism is expected doesn't mean it's justifiable.
That's just the reality of the world we live in but it doesn't mean we low ball and make villains out of the people who do mostly good for society.
Where have I done that in this thread?
Why are you smearing my argument into a generality? Just to advance your own racist ideology?
No where is anybody honoring the good the police do but they are sure quick to tear them down.
You're saying I can't find at least 5 posts glorifying police? You're saying the sentiment on this board is anti-cop?
When did this become cool?
It didn't, it's just a narrative in your mind where you're exaggerating a small segment of the population and projecting it as the norm - again - to rationalize your own internal prejudices.
I don't stand with you on this topic. Deal with it and move on.
You're a racist, of course you don't.
There's nothing to deal with, I'm not trying to convince you of anything. I don't even know why I'm responding to you frankly; as I said I wouldn't.
