I was thinking something like a Debbie Downer button, kind of like "thanks." I'm thinking of the situation where someone puts up a thread about how great it is to win the division and 3 posts in someone throws up a "we'll never beat the Lakers." post. Ok, we've got threads for that, no reason to rain on everyone's parade.

I don't know how you avoid abusing it though, it would be pretty easy to misuse and slam someone just because you don't agree with their opinion.

Graphics section:

• Sig Requests

• Avatar Requests

• Other random graphic needs that someone might need help with

• People can start a topic just to display their own gallery of graphic work, they can title it with their name. (example: DJG's Gallery)

We can do a sig of the week competition, each week the person in charge gives a random topic for the sigs. A new topic will be given every monday, sigs will be due on friday's and voting will take place saturday and sunday's. Sig of the week winners will receive a small sig saying they won for that week...

Example:

This sig will be given to them in a seperate thread showing the results to the voting and to give them credit for their win. They can wear the sig for the next week or how long they please.

If this section bombs then you can just can it......

At the moment we are hesitant at opening another forum due the amount we have already which we believe is a good number. However if there is a great demand, then we'll certainly consider.

For now, just post these threads in "off topic", and if they prove extremely popular we may move on this.

While I would like a History Section to be added for in depth information, stats, perspectives from fans, etc., the post that Karma made above probably explains why it's not possible.

In that case, should I make a new couple of threads in the Team Talk Section for Official History? I'm gonna try to make a couple of separate threads detailing different things (these are not etched in stone and can be modified for simplification):

1. Official Cavs Stats
   • Reference for links to official trackers
   • Discussion for milestones
2. Official Team Records
   • Reference for links to official records
   • Discussion for future, past, and present records
3. Official "That 70's" Talk
   • Discussion regarding Cavaliers teams from the 70's
   • Profiles for any (and hopefully every) player/staff/employee that contributed to those teams
   • Actual accounting of a certain event in the 70's relating to the Cavaliers
   • A reflection from the veteran fans from this era
   • A way to truly connect the younger fans with insight
4. Official "That 80's" Talk
   • Discussion regarding Cavs teams from 80's
   • Profiles for players/staff/employee from this era
   • Accounting of events in 80's that relate to Cavs
   • Reflection from fans of this era
   • Connecting the younger fans to this era
5. Official "That 90's" Talk
   • Discussion about Cavs from 90's
   • Profiles for Cavs workers/players/coaches from this era
   • Events in 90's that relate to Cavs
   • Reflection from fans of this era
   • Connecting fans in general, more insight
6. Official "Welcome to the New Millennium" Talk
   • Discussion
   • Profiles
   • Events
   • Reflection
   • Connecting
7. Official "All Time Greats" Talk
   • Discussion of all time greatest Cavalier players/coaches/staff/etc.
   • In depth profiles that give every bit of info possible
   • Particular moments that signified the all-time great (*cough*LeBron's Game 5*cough*)
   • Personal inside stories to share regarding a great (restaurant, movie theater, etc.)
8. Official "What Could Have Been" Talk
   • Reflecting on moments that could have changed the history of the Cleveland Cavaliers
   • Discussion on theories/ideas/etc. that relate to this phenomenon
   • Dream big, baby!

I have to start somewhere, but I'd like to actual take any major discussion/posts/topics about such history and regulate it to this threads for the time being (for those that actually like to talk about it).

If it gains any following, perhaps we could take this a step further?

Either way, I want to make sure I can even attempt to do this right now. Please let me know if this is okay.

The mods never listen to me until it becomes a massive problem and they are forced to.

It took them like 6 months of Heath's shit, and Heath finally pretending to know W&G for him to be permabanned. I started the campaign with avatars months beforehand.

We had a Cavs History forum in the past. There was nothing but cobwebs in there.
