Nice to see him hit a three right after coming, back, but the shoulder obviously bothered him on those late free throws. Get some treatment, get a cortisone shot or whatever, pop a few percocets, and keep defending Klay well and I'll be happy with Shump...though I really would like him to hit a couple open threes. I think he will though. Every time I count this dude out he impresses me.

Now if we brought the colors back and have Michael Stanley do the anthem that's all we need. And the irony of that is the Daugherty/Price/Nance team under Wilkens was pretty soft.

He has some of the quickest hands on defense I've ever seen.
Almost Iversonesque with how he just takes the ball away from guys when it looks like they have an easy bucket or lane.

Best thing about it he's not a lot of guys who get a lot of steals by gambling. His defensive positioning is always solid

Iman Shumpert hurt his left shoulder in the first half of Game 3 but he returned to finish with three points, three rebounds and three steals in 32 minutes.

His three-point effort sounds worse than it was since he only attempted two shots all night, one of which was a made 3-pointer. Shumpert dislocated his left shoulder in December but initial tests must have ruled out any structural damage during Tuesday's game. We'll pass along any updates on his status but there's no reason to think he'll be limited for Game 4 on Thursday.
