Here's my grades, as of today:

Arm Strength: F. One of the worst in the league. Maybe the worst starter.
Accuracy: C. Average. This is as of the last two weeks. Prior to that, from what I'd seen had below average accuracy, and I'd of given him a D.
Decision making: F. As of today, he's the dumbest mother on the planet.
Scrambling/escapability: B. Above average.
Toughness: A.
Durability: ??? We'll see if he can survive the year with this line.
Leadership: B, based off what I hear.

Overall: D, below average. This is as of today. Of course a young QB who manages to sticks around should improve, but I see his ceiling being a C. Is this what you want to settle for as the Browns QB of the future? Average? Nothing special? We're talking about the single most important position on the team here. No thanks.

That accuracy score drops back down to a D after today, and maybe an F. His accuracy today was pathetic, and that pick to Northcutt was his fault, at least mostly. Little Dennie had to spin around to try and get the ball, it was so badly thrown behind him. If Dennis would of made the catch, it would of been a hell of a play.

On the bright side, we can now raise his Decision making score to a D- after those throw aways today.
