It's pretty much what happened to Michael. Remember how well he recovered? Before Rxing himself to death, alone, in a world that hated him?
No child porn.
They found a text where he admitted paying a16year old for sex.
I'm not sure how it's legal to release private infon discovered during an investigation that has nothing to do with the accusation, which they struck out on.
Whole thing pisses me off. media having a field day exposing his fetishes and private info.
16is legal BTW..
A month ago it was also illegal to marry someone of the same sex in most places.
Same gender marriage is a human rights issue, did you just turn Jarred Foggle paying for sex with a 16 year old as a human rights issue?
Just because its the worlds oldest profession doesn't make it a human right.
And no, I don't think this makes him the worst person, but it doesn't make him the best. I have never paid for sex (outside of arguments for marriage and paying for sex) and the last time I had sex with a 16 year old, I was 17.
Lets put a perspective on this. Jarrod is creepy, not as creepy as we thought he might be, but still creepy.
While i agree, the context which Dave compared gay marriage to the right to pay for sex was my argument. Not gonna lie.. I could care less about Jared paying for a 16-year old prostitute. The problem is with issues of child porn, not 16-year old prostitutes.
The age of consent in Indiana where the incident happened, is 16. She was 16. Case closed.
I do not care, nor do I believe, that 16 year olds cannot consent to sex. I remember being 16 and 17 years old, and I wasn't being raped when I had sex with girls who were in college.
So again, the sex with the 16-year old is completely irrelevant to me. What is relevant is if the Feds found child porn or can demonstrate an intent to purchase child porn. If that's the case, then he should be locked up for a very long time.
If it's not the case, and all of this is predicated on some text messages about Jared having "amazing" sex with a 16-year old hooker over Craiglist, well, that's just not really concerning to me at all.

Go figure, @David. defending someone for banging a young girl...
Agreed 100%.Plenty of absurd things pop into my head:
1. You can pay an intermediary (e.g. - Ashley Madison) to hook you up with people to have sex with, but directly paying them is not ok.
2. You can swipe right all day and take a girl out for dinner, drinks, etc., which you pay for, and if you have pre-screened it well enough and there's some chemistry there, you will soon have sex. However, directly paying for it isn't OK.
3. Jared is fucked. He is guilty in the court of public opinion. I don't really care either way, but he is in trouble. And if that picture is recent, he isn't skinny. I think a 30 year old having sex with a 16 year old is creepy, but I don't see why it'd be illegal, whether or not money was transferred. I also think most people do creepy things at some point, they just don't consider their own things creepy, and if they do, they usually don't get caught. Now this is a realm of creepy that resonates and it is an intense kind of creepy. I bet Subway will lose business here too - it's guilty by association (to a guy who hasn't been convicted of anything, although I would hazard a guess that an FBI raid will uncover something). It's not only how the world is, but it's also how news is disseminated and consumed, and sometimes I think it's downright scary.
