That's just an absurd hire. Everyone knew that Shurmur was just going to be sitting on his thumb. O'neil is actually going to have to do something. This was one of the most talented defenses we've had since the return, but also one of the worst defenses we've ever had. The '9ers look like complete dumbasses for letting/pushing Harbaugh out.

The Browns coaching searches have been like an at bat where Randy Johnson in his prime is staring the franchise down, and they are up there hacking away foul balls every other year, hoping to get lucky. If Hue Jackson is a swing and a miss, I'll be bummed but I get how hard it is to change a climate like this.

The 49ers past two years have been like, they had a 3-0 count, and they just started taking wild swings at pitches headed into the dugout. They had it... and they BLEW it.
