Trade him just so i can stop hearing Browns fans hate on one of their own guys incessantly.
Even if Hoyer comes back down to Earth and proves to be Just a top 15 guy, I want Manziel traded immediately. I'm so tired of hearing about him. "If he has to play a lot?"
I don't think I've heard someone use the phrase "play a lot" since I was 10.
Stop asking this guy any fucking questions and crowd around Hoyer to ask him how it felt to dominate the Steelers.
he said he wasnt ready but he is ready NOW !!!Then I guess we should trade away Crowell and West too. Tate was asked about them, must be awful to have competition.
Hoyer is 8 years older then John Paul Football, I'd much rather let Johnny learn under him then just trade him and groom him for the job when Hoyer is done. This is a not for long league and at some point Hoyer will get hurt (again) or lose gas.
I get you don't like the distraction, but having a guy like johnny football puts us in the national spotlight even if we go .500 this year. Of course analysts will start to say put Johnny in then, but at the end of the day it's probably not a good idea to play a guy who isn't even confident in himself. He said he wasn't ready.

I get you don't like him. But why would we trade him for less then we picked him at? He is in his rookie year, played no meaningful time.My point isn't just that I want him gone. It's that regardless of whether he plays or not, he doesn't have the skill set to be a successful NFL QB and he's too short.
I'd rather roll with Hoyer (if he keeps it up) tade Manziel for a 3rd if available and take a prototypical QB mid-round next year or sign a back-up in FA.
The argument about the RB's is irrelevant because they've all proven to have talent at the NFL level and RB shelf lives are significantly shorter than QBs.
