Marvin Lewis a fucking moron, this is just another dumb comment in a long line of dumb comments. Remember his input on concussions?
Seeing as the Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians all practice at completely tax payer funded facilities then it is probably the tax payers of Cincinnati's fault. Stupid people! The Brown family spared no expense, practicing underneath the highway? Our high school teams around here have better facilities!

False. Blatantly false, actually.
Cavs put 5.5 mil into their 27 mil practice facility.
The Browns (Jimmy Haslam) completely renovated the offices in Berea, that was privately funded in 2013.
If you're talking about the Sin Tax, then you're just flat wrong. The Sin Tax may only be used for building requirements like heating/cooling, handicapped accessibility, drainage, etc. Only things to keep the facilities within federal regulations/code.
Lol so the Browns paid for office renovations, gotcha. And there are probably zero tax abatements for the teams that went along with funding the practice facilities? Did the city of Beachwood pay for 80% of Eaton Corps New headquarters? I am just going to assume they did. I am also really glad they pay for their utility bills. Noble of them. Much like how a teenager is independent because they pay their own car insurance and for their texting plan. My bad.False. Blatantly false, actually.
