Kareem Hunt: One Pissed Off Runner!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why can't we have a New England rotation of backs? Duke is a very good primary receiving RB out of backfield or in motion. Ala James White of Patriots.

Chubb and Hunt will be the best tandem in league by far. Our backs will be fresh all season if managed correctly.
Not really opposed to it... Just thinking that the FO might be thinking he is expensive for a third RB and if they can trade him to fill another position that would be better use of the money they are paying him... I trust Dorsey getting another backup back on the latter part of the draft

Now let's sign Kaepernick as a replacement for Tyrod and really send the media into a frenzy.

I honestly think it would be a good move. Have him come in at the end of games to kneel out the clock, just to piss people off.

Shoot, he's probably better than Drew Stanton. Sign me up for some Kaep.

Being banned from football would kill him? No one said he deserved the death sentence lol
Hunt is obviously a troubled person right now. Is taking away football, and the life structure that can come with it, really what is best for him? Is that what is best for society? Or is that best for twitter mobs? Who are we trying to serve, here?

Should no person that breaks the law be eligible for employment?

Oh my, thousands of Cleveland fans have gathered downtown to protest the Kareem Hunt signing.

"A TOTAL KAREEM HUNT! NO COLLUSION!"

why?
we have Chubb already.

Why do we need another?

We need recievers. Not more RBs

There’s still a good chance he never plays a game for us. I won’t get too excited until I see how long he’s suspended.
Also a chance they release him in a week or two after the backlash they are about to rightfully receive.

Just wow, this is amazeballs. Could there be a resurgence of the Pro Form? :p

This man kicked a woman after he shoved her to the ground. And that wasn’t his first violent incident. This is an immoral decision, compounded by the illogic of it in light of our current roster.

What’s more, if Kareem Hunt was even a mediocre talent nobody would be on here extolling the ethical virtue of “second chances,” our GM included.
So I don’t necessarily agree with your last point. Or the illogic of it.

People form connections in this league. There’s a chance Dorsey was genuinely helping out Kareem Hunt the person because he believes he can change and that his entire career shouldn’t come to an end because of mistakes that he is actively seeking help for.

Here’s a guy who’s what, 23? He had the whole world in his palm and in an instant it was very much a question whether his entire career was over. And he’s had to sit on that uncertainty for months. I tend to think that can change a person.

Would Dorsey have made an offer If he was a fringe roster player? Extremely unlikely. But would he have made this offer if he didn’t know Hunt personally? I also doubt that.

I believe that someone can change and redeem themselves. What Hunt did was grotesque. But if Dorsey knows the man and still makes an offer knowing how horribly this will look on him if Hunt messes up again, to me it says more than “Dorsey wants a talented RB”

This is a guy who very well may have been shut out of the league. Maybe Dorsey is legitimately doing this as much for Hunt as he is for the Browns. It’s not like we locked him up long term

You're very good at making sweeping generalizations.

What's best for Kareem Hunt and society is holding him accountable for all 3 incidents he's said to have been involved in.

If we don't think it is likely there is a true #1 receiver to be had in the draft or free agency, having one of the most dangerous pass-catchers out of the backfield will certainly help with that problem.

Shoot, he's probably better than Drew Stanton. Sign me up for some Kaep.

Agreed. Not like he'd be playing -- the Future GOAT is on the team

That would be hilarious. If he is still in Madden, I am signing him to my franchise right away.

What is also disturbing is that to a certain type of dyslexic that switches the first letter of words, his name is Hareem Kunt.

And we cant have a name like that on the team, I mean Hareem is just offensive.

wait a minute... DREW STANTON is still in the NFL? As in the guy who was in the Cowboys depth chart during the Bledsoe years?
