Only good team he plays well against is OKC. He typically struggles vs the Spurs, Bulls, Heat(with LBJ), Pacers(when Hibbert was good) and his fg% suck against the Clippers and Blazers. He typically thrives off the Jazz and Bucks of the world

your argument holds no water. You picked two teams he plays well against but failed to mention any of the other teams he puts up points against also. Are the Bulls not a good physical team? Is Toronto not a physical team? Dallas? Washington? What is your definition of a physical team?

Kyrie has averaged over 20 ppg against the Pacers his whole career, whether Hibbert has been "good" or not

Hes a scoring PG. His career stats back up his game. All shooters have off nights but it is preposterous for you to claim that KI "disappears" against whatever your definition of a physical team is, especially considering KI is one of the most physically aggressive PG's in the ENTIRE league.

Looked up some stats and kyrie's jumper is OFF

from 10-30 feet he is shooting 23.5 FG% while shooting 21.4% from downtown and his EFG% is 27.9

and you might say why did i choose 30 feet, well between 25 and 30 feet kyrie has taken 11 shots that would be called deep 3's and he's made only 2 out of them, he's shot 11/14 3's in this range other wise he's 1/3

and i dont except him to shoot like tony allen for the whole season but he still needs to have far better shot selection

His jumper is off because 90% of the shots he takes are bad shots, out of rhythm, off the dribble, and contested. That is why everyone is struggling. Because no one is getting good looks, because the ball isn't moving. Why isn't the ball moving? You have to ask Kyrie and LeBron.

I said this before, but I think with Love and LeBron a PG like Bledsoe would be perfect for this team. Kyrie serves such a redundant role imo while not offering anything on defense. I really am interested in seeing how Blatt works all these kinks and bad habits out.

Wasn't there a stat that showed that the Cavs played better last year when Kyrie was out for a few games, at least defensively? I think you'll see better set plays with LeBron and Love if/when Kyrie misses a few games.

Those end of quarter plays were brutal. Heaved a 3 that was 2 feet behind the line with plenty of time to end the half. Then tried a behind the back pass to no one to end the third. We were well within striking distance and those were awful.

It almost seems a setup for these guards: ok you think your all that prove it against teams that are actually circulating playing you on the calendar? Prove it. Don't know but this an awfully convenient way to prove what the hierarchy needs to be

Kyrie is so talented it's not a matter of fit for him and LeBron/Love. Kyrie is a knock down shooter and very quick with the ball. However, he doesn't give his teammates a chance to create and half of his dribble moves serve no purpose. He gets tunnel vision at times with the ball. Dare I say, black hole. He makes up his mind that he's going to score before the play happens. As a result he'll go 1 on 3 at times, and take terrible shots. He would get many more open 3's, midrangers off 1-2 dribbles, and layups, if he (and a couple other troublemakers) would play team basketball.

Right now, it feels like Kyrie, and other young guys, are reverting back to old bad habits when they encounter adversity.

Kyrie looked really good in FIBA but there wasn't adversity there.

Keeping up good habits and making good decisions under pressure and against great players and teams is going to be the next big growth step for him.

Kyrie was on fire tonight. Hate to see a PG with 1 assist though. I can't grill him too hard because he single handedly kept us in it for a period, and the team only had 6 assists as a whole.

I'll reserve judgement until this becomes a trend.

You know that the media is gonna sucK Kyrie off for this one but I refuse. He played one of the most selfish games iv ever seen and I never want to see it again. Literally only Kyrie had a shooting rhythm into the 4th and that can't win games
