Never-Before-Seen Footage of Kyrie Irving's Junior Year.
Here is 6'1" Junior guard, Kyrie Irving. Following a standout career at MKA (Montclair Kimberley Academy), Kyrie made the decision to take his talent to the national stage by transferring to basketball-powerhouse St. Patrick High School in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Due to NJSIAA transfer rules, Kyrie had to sit out for the first 30-days of the season for his Junior Year. Once he was eligible, Kyrie quickly began to draw national attention - St. Pat's won the New Jersey TOC (Tournament of Champions) that same season. Throughout his High School career, Kyrie played AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) Basketball for the New Jersey RoadRunners. They are run by legendary basketball trainer, Sandy Pyonin, who has personally trained numerous D1 and NBA players. Kyrie and Sandy would train everyday going through a variety of workouts including his infamous Full Court One-on-One to 100. Sandy's workout focuses on basic basketball fundamentals, and stresses the details of the 'little things' of the game - this is what Kyrie perfected to make him the player he is today.
This mixtape contains footage of Kyrie Irving's Junior Year at St. Patrick's during the 2008-2009 season and the AAU Basketball season for the NJ RoadRunners.
