I still think it's surreal how
a.) There's people online who are hardcore into the Rockets
b.) They think he's going to their team.
I have been to Houston 2 or 3 times. To say that team barely registers on the radar would be an understatement.
2014 or so? People mostly wanted to talk about Manziel to me. Same with McCoy and the 'Horns when the Browns drafted both.
The Astros, Texans and Cowboys also have significantly bigger followers.
Not to mention...how does moving to Houston "benefit" LeBron? Again, been to the town. This isn't Miami, NYC or LA we're talking about.

Why LeBron is NOT leaving the Cavs:
Kyrie Irving
He would be handing the Eastern Conference to Kyrie Irving if he goes to the Western conference.
Or, he could stay in Cleveland, dominate for another 5 years, and make sure Kyrie never gets out of the 2nd round without him.

Nah. Too much money to be made. Those rumors won’t end until Lebron signs his 250M contract in the offseason.

"I want to break the mold. I want to show the way for the next generation of players, and show that you can make $200 million or $300 million when you're 32 or 33 years old. I'm serious."
This is a key slip from LBJ regarding his rationale for the future.
Another tea leaf to read. If he wants to make a massive paycheck at 32, then Cleveland remains the top spot for that.

The only thing Vardon is good at is the banter between him and Lue. You can tell Ty finds him annoying. Anyways, back into the James train...I may be late to the party but I find the fact that someone went out of their way to find audio of the on court convo with Ball pathetic. Who cares what they said, do you honestly think James gives a fee agency hint? He didn't give 1 to Wade so why would he to Ball? Then TNT has to release the audio, that was moronic on their part.

Doing it while seemingly cruising in 3rd gear is what stands out. He is at a stage of comfort with his personal game and his understanding of the overall flow where it just appears so easy for him.
