LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
@NoTitleTown , see..? It's always going to happen that someone responds and asks "why the downvote?"

That's my point, and why we should remove it.

Once we trade Haywood and we're mostly done with free agency (TT/Shump/JR/Delly signed), I think we should have an S34 vote to provide the admins with a recommendation one way or the other for either removal or approval of the feature.

If everyone agrees it should stay, then I'll stop mentioning it. But I don't think it's being used as intended by a LOT of posters.

Lol. I don't mind the disagree option. The reason I asked is because I wanted him to know, I was being sarcastic. However, getting downvoted for saying anything against Dion was quite irritating though! :chuckle:

He's the President of the Union. If he suckered another player to sign a long-term deal with the Cavs, and then just left himself. It would be a massively douchy move.

He's here for the duration unless Gilbert does something outrageous.

When LeBron says he takes care of his own you better believe this is what he means. Shump 40 mil
TT 80 mil
Love 110 mil

And, that is one of the reason why players love to play with LeBron. You wouldn't see Kobe or Jordan doing this. Pippen was constantly underpaid by the Bulls and he was extremely pissed with them. Jordan being the franchise player could have done something but he didn't!

Lebron has to be pretty satisfied with that the Cavs did with the roster since he came back.

Kyrie, a top 4 PG in the league, is 23yrs old, locked up for 5yrs
Love, possibly the best floor spacing big in the league, is 26yrs old, locked up for 5yrs
Shumpert, a top tier wing defender, is 25yrs old and locked up for 4yrs
Tristan, one of the best rebounders in the league, is 24yrs old and will be signed to a 5yr deal
Delly will most likely be back, and he is only 24yrs old
Smith will probably be back, and is 29yrs old.
His 2 Miami buddies are still with him in Miller and Champ.
Oh, and lets not forget the Haywood contract that we will turn into a player(s)

Yeah, I think Lebron made the right choice last year :biggrinthumb:

Chris Paul is the president of the players union.

Don't forget Mozzy and paying LBJ's man Andy

Who can forget him getting a true franchise asset paid....Mr Damon Jones??

Not a chance. LeBron has had his eyes on the new cap money for a long time. Makes absolutely no sense for a player of his stature to lock-in to a long-term deal.

And he should. LeBron deserves it. I fully expect him to dwarf Anthony Davis' contract when all the new money comes in.

LeBron makes his teammates better. Yeah, and he makes them richer.
