LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Holds more power than any player ever has, save for maybe the old player-coach days.

I'm sure Dan Gilbert would be all about a salary dump to get rid of Mike Miller, but he can't, because that's LeBron's guy.

Just an interesting and very unique dynamic.

Having Miller be this years 15th guy would make me very happy and it might look that way,

It's been a good off-season, but I'm really hoping we have a chance to sign LeBron James this season.

With Dan dropping a Brinks truck on this roster that went 33-3 post trade, Lebron should play over 30 minutes rarely. Have to extend his peak starting this season. This team can win 65 games with Lebron playing 30, Kyrie and Love playing 34 mpg.

This is a multiple championship roster on lock down.

LeBron, like most players I'm guessing, it still stats-conscious. What you're saying is practical but LeBron will still want to get his 27 7 and 7. There were definitely a few times during the regular season where it seemed like LeBron waived Blatt off when Blatt wanted to pull him near the end of a game. I can't totally blame LeBron though, he still has an outside shot at being the highest scoring player in NBA history. Plus he will be a legitimate MVP candidate this season if he plays nearly all the games and puts up similar #s to last year. Our record this upcoming season should be 60 wins territory I'd think.

I think after having to do what he did in the finals this year(showing that he could score and triple-double like no one else still), LeBron will be less stat conscious.

The guy has always been fine with 18-19 shots per game since he went to Miami.

He's stats conscious but the stats he cares about are PER, TS%, and rings.

He will be just fine with 32-36 minutes per game in the regular season.

I'm hoping that he's content to be 24/5/6 in 30mpg and collect two extra seasons of what looks to be over $45 million per by that stage of his career. Extra seasons trump extra minutes with the NBA scoring mark, and I hope he's content to once again remove all doubt in the playoffs as to who is the best. Steph has that MVP, but the finals left little doubt as to who is best.

That's just my hope though. You may be correct as I saw him wave Blatt off at times also.

LeBron and Love keeping their word. We went through Art Model, Manny Ramirez, LeBron version 1, Boozer, and our hopes. Love is here for 5 years, Kyrie is here for five years, LeBron is here to stay. We got T.T, Shump, and soon to be Smith locked up. With the MMLE and the Haywood contract. That said, LBJ keeping his word and everyone in the Cavs organization right now knows it.

Not to be mean but man licking the tears of bitter big market fans is just great. No one wants LeBron or Cleveland to have nice things. Love returns and ESPN forgot it made "bogus stories" to fool the brain dead that follow them for inside info. Yes you know based off the time and strangeness of this post my being right now.

I can guarantee that being the highest scoring player in the history of the NBA is not on LeBron's list of things he cares about.

Lebron has already reportedly told team mates he intends to shoot less next year. I can see him chasing efficiency like he did in Miami. This year he tried to play himself into shape and out of a shooting slump, whilst trying to control his coach and everyone else. Hopefully next year he will just play the game

since we witnessed a chemistry built in a short time / short 8 man roster post season, I wonder how much credit will the media and fans give LeBron & blatt for trying out new stuff and resting throughout the long season, will the fans who buy tickets and come to the Q will tolerate not seeing their big 3 on court so much? will they allow the team to have around a .5 ratio knowing they are secure in eastern conf playoff even if it's 8th seed?
I sure hope the team will convey a message of "taking it easy, step by step, no hurry".
If the cavs reach the playoffs fully rested and well trained utilizing multiple efficient lineups that acquired specific chemistry together.. boy is that a Dream in my eyes.. :)

I tend to look at James Jones as the guy we were hoping Mike Miller would be. Things kind of even themselves out as I thought he'd be the one who wouldnt contribute.

Here's hoping Mike Miller suddenly discovers whatever got him playing well in Memphis.
