Well, I like the Cavs. Now that we've been treated to a Hall of Fame player and the greatest athlete in Cleveland history since Jim Brown, I can't imagine life without him.
With all the other problems that go on in my life, sports help ease those problems. Can you admit that? Having Lebron even eases those blows more.
Sure I can admit that. It would be unbelievable to finally win one - and if he sticks around another couple of years, we'll win at least one.
I hope he stays, and I'm pretty sure he will.
My point was, why is everyone worrying about it now? A year out - when none of us have any control over it either way. That's the biggest point I'm trying to drive home.
I'm not trying to be overly critical of how people feel, but we can't control what he's going to do.
My question is would Cavs fans take him back???
He does actually fit in this team nicely. He and LBJ always played so well together.
This city is so hungry for a Championship that people would root for Hitler if it got us a ring.
it was the matchups that really killed the Cavs, not so much Brown as he would have had to disregard what got them 76 wins. He thought that was unrealistic. The team was built for Boston, not Orlando.
This is exactly right - we lost the ECF when KG got hurt. Other than that, things were set up perfectly.
Orlando shot out of their minds from 3, I doubt they keep it up for another series.
I don't blame him for leaving, because he knows whats coming now...everyone is gonna put the blame on him for the elimination, some will question his MVP, others will question how good the Cavs really were. For the next several months, LeBron will face only negativity from the press...I wouldn't be in a rush to face that either. I'm not sure what hurts most, the fact we failed to get the Finals, or the fact that we walked through Detroit and Atlanta and basically got man handled against Orlando. I'm not a "I told you so" kinda guy, but after that first lose and how hard it was to win game 2...the reality set in, I just hate acknowledging it. Was LeBron perfect this series...no, but no player is was or ever will be, but he did all he could and it wasn't enough. Let the man get his head together before you start cramming mics and cameras in his face.
I still can't believe this is happening. It just feels so weird.
Watch that happen. Orlando shoots absolutely lights out against us and probably won't be able to buy a 3 against LA. If the stats "even out" agianst LA, they'll get their asses kicked.
It's not odds. We didn't defend them. LA can do a much better job matching their size and athleticism and their 3p% will drop if LA actually contests their shots.
no real talent aside from LeBron and Mo.
