Let it all out. The Cavaliers Rant Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If the Cavs continue to acquire quality players with experince in the league and their core matures. the team will improve.

Evaluating talent and learning how to utilize that talent is extremely important in the beginnign stages of a new build. Having the team learning to play together in a competitive environment and having succes or a chance at success is far more important than the next new thing that may or may not pan out in the league.

at some point the draft becomes a tool not a desperate prayer at salvation.

It would not surprise me if the Cavs trade their pick. At this point if its critical for the Cavs to have a top 10 pick this season to be succesfull then the build has failed.

The Cavs have a team that can play well and compete without their franchise layer on the court. this is a good sign and one of the goals of the build. not to depend on one player to succeed.

Regardless of who the cavs draft. they most likely will not be starting and will be fighting several other young bench players for playing time.

This is the time where the cavs worry about now and playing well during the season and not focus on the draft position outside of scouting until the season has ended and the cards are drawn. two number 1 picks and 2 number 4 picks is quite a haul for a build. their development takes priority over what position the cavs will draft if they threw in the towel.

Fuck the Cavs for giving me false hope.

"Scary team in the playoffs." :chuckles:

We better hope that Bennett develops FAST and is a threat next season. Cavs desperately need a dynamic scorer at PF/C. Roster still has a ton of question marks though...who is our starting 3 next year...

When the team lays down and the season is over who's to blame? The coach and the best player. Oompah..

Kyrie Irving is a loser, he's the most talented loser I have ever seen. He's in this punk ass age, and he's not going to figure it out until he's 24-25 minimum. All he wants to do is be famous and get his dick licked, now that he's got the money and the fame, he's content to blame the Cavaliers franchise for supposedly failing him.

Mike Brown is one of the worst coaches on planet Earth, he's an absolute imbecile and has zero touch or feel, he makes things overly complicated, and his whole "system" will never mean anything unless he has the perfect set of players. Mike can't adapt his style to fit the players on the team, and that's unacceptable when you are paying someone that much money to coach your team.

We have more talent than the Suns, the Hawks, the Bobcats, the Wizards. We have zero conductor, we're out of tune, we're watching a botched orchestra. That's why we can make two solid acquisitions without giving up anything: AND THE TEAM STILL LOOKS LIKE SHIT.

This is a multi-leveled clusterfuck.
  • Brown is a shitty coach. That's number one.
  • Kyrie Irving is a loser. He's more content to blame people than wholeheartedly accept responsibility. Talk is cheap.
  • Kyrie Irving is not a man yet.
  • Dion Waiters thinks he's a man, but he's still a young kid, a very stubborn kid who will air his grievances openly.
  • There is no conductor, Mike has zero touch or feel for coaching a game.
  • Our players are soft. Outside of Delly and Vareajo, they're all a bunch of pussies.
  • Tristan Thompson is a robot.
  • Tyler Zeller is a teddy bear.
  • Dan Gilbert is overzealous.
  • Dan Gilbert thinks he knows basketball.
  • Kyrie and Dion can work; but it's not a natural fit.
  • Our robotic offense. Our abso-lutely-shityt offense.
  • We still get shelled from deep time and time again.
  • The Public Perception of our franchise couldn't possibly be lower.

I'm not wasting another minute of my time on this bag of shit.

Season is over now.... Fuck. We will lose tomorrow also

biggest game in years and we make Mike freakin Scott look like Karl Malone...

Tank brigade back on. If we cant swing a deal for Love, im ok with trading Kyrie to LA of their pick is top 3.

Dont pick up Andys option, hes not worth it.

Ive supported TT since day 1, and im over him.

Pieces dont work. Team has no heart.

Who is our starting 3, 4 OR 5....?

I have no answers. No idea what to do.

It sucks to feel compelled to root for this team.

Where the fuck do we go from here?

I had more fun watching the tanking years than watching Mike Brown poison this team and accelerate the burning until we're back to white ash.

Seriously, I feel constipated every time I watch the offense, I feel sicker every time Jack plays another minute.

Poetic justice was seeing Jarrett clang four consecutive threes to effectively end our season.

LeBron might come back!

In your dreams would he ever even think about coming back to this pile. We'd have better odds if we traded Kyrie for Boogie and Dan Gilbert sold the team.

Never in a million years is James coming back to this wreck of a franchise.

This team is fucked, I dont care, I'm willing to just rip the band-aid off.

Scorched Earth policy.

to do:fire brown, somehow draft marcus smart, trade kyrie for SF or C and picks, resign deng or hawes depending on kyrie's trade

We're long past that, get with it kid. We're not out tanking anybody.

Wow the overreactions on this forum after losses is unreal and kind of comical.
