Let it all out. The Cavaliers Rant Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm pretty much in the same boat. Don't really care to keep anyone on this team outside of Kyrie and Dion. Well, I want Delly to stay as well. The rest are incredibly expendable. I like Hawes and he fits nicely on offense. But if he's not hitting open threes he is absolutely worthless since he can't play defense. I still believe in Bennett but I would not be upset at all if he was traded. And honestly, I hope we trade our pick this year. Don't really care at all to bring another teenager in here.

I'm all for putting together a big package for a player. Trade em all to get something better.

You'd even get rid of Sergey? I think he has a ton of potential and trading him would come back to hurt the team in the future.

Forgot about him honestly. It'd be nice to keep him, but I'm not letting him be the difference between landing an all-star or not in a trade.

Damn it. I got a paper cut. Then I put New Skin on it. Double burn.

yeah. Especially in the NBA, all you need are a few established all stars and you'll always be able to find guys to just fill the rest in

Kyrie-Delly
Dion-?
?-?
All Star-?
?-?

It almost doesnt matter who the ?'s are as long as their play style fits KI/DW/All Star

I'm fully prepared for this franchise to become Sacramento East. May be another 10 fucking years before we see good basketball in this town again.

I did not watch or have not watched in over a week, but seeing Karasev did not play in the box and he is healthy???

What a failure of a season. DID NOT DEVELOP PLAYERS and lost games!!!

Can you still be a fan of a team when you don't like the coach and most of their players:
-hate Mike Brown and his dumb rotations and his dumb use of TO's and I need to stop now before I pop an aneurysm
-hate that Kyrie Irving looked better his rookie year and now looks likes a PG version of VC
-hate Tristan Thompson any time he gets the ball on offense
-hate Jack and his pullup jumper
-hate watching Hawes trying to play defense

For the record, myself and a handful of posters called this outcome in January before we made the Deng/Hawes moves. Should've tanked when we had the chance...

Dion, Irving ,Tyler, Delladova,Hawes and Thompson got minutes 6 guys 24 and under. 4 of them 22 and under.

I would like to see Karasev out there but if he isnt ready he isnt ready. The further along these guys are in their development next season the more likely Karasev and Bennett will have success next season.

Is not ready? For a glorified exhibition game? You can't be serious. Only way Karasev and Bennett will thrive is with a coaching staff that has a clue about how to develop young talent. That goes for the 9 th pick this year as well. I do not want this coaching staff anywhere near these guys!

Bennett is injured and karasev is currently undersized for his position. Browns priority right now is his locker room. I would of liked to have seen karasev out there myself but the most important part of his development will be the the offseason a few extra minutes here or there would most likely be inconsequential. If the same is going on next seasona nd karasev still isnt getting any playing time in the first 20 games. ill be right there screaming alongside you . for now though its not a big deal.

It seems once the Cavs were eliminated from the playoffs ,their emotional efforts have tanked once again.

Instead of continuing to play hard, they have the attitude of fans..why play hard now?

This is one reason why I wanted them to get to the playoffs..they needed to taste it, to understand what winning can do.
Now they're playing like they did in that disgusting stretch now too long ago.

And I'm praying that is part of the reason that Mike Brown will not be our coach next season! We're not finishing on a high note, we're being dragged to the finish line, that's representational of our entire season at large, apathy, no heart, immaturity, and lack of toughness whether it's mental or physical. This season has sucked so bad, I'm never excited when the season's over, but I have had enough of this botched experiment. I'm ready to flush this season away, it's been that frustrating and disappointing.

Brown cannot steer these kids, in the biggest game in 4 years we came out like a fucking anemic ghost and got out asses whooped. That was a double down opportunity as the Knicks lost that game and we would have passed them in the standings.

We got Luol Deng and Spencer Hawes for nothing, but the same inconsistency stayed with the team. We finally patched our long-neglected small forward role with a really solid player. We mis-used Deng and lost his trust very quickly. This disgust isn't coming from some knucklehead, Lu is respected around the league as a true professional, that's why it's disturbing how (someone who's generally very quiet) comes out of the woodwork and is appalled by the juvenile behavior on this team.

Now, rather than finishing strong, we lose to two of the worst teams in the entire league. We stunk up the joint on national television, the TNT crew disrespected us openly because of how shitty this team is to watch, not only that, they certainly lack direction from coaching.

The relationship with Brown is unhealthy, and this team is being dragged to the finish line. On fan appreciation night you go out and lose to the Boston Celtics, one of the hardest tanking teams in the league, in front of your loyal fans. That's despicable.

The only reason the team is even remotely getting better is because Dion and Kyrie have openly pronounced their friendship, so there's no more gossip plaguing us. It's funny that's even a factor here, but clearly the gossip gets to us. Back to what I was saying.

We're only improving because our individual players are maturing, as they should. We still have major problems functioning as a team, both offensively and defensively we have enormous issues.

How you can justify this, why you want Mike to remain it's all fucking crap to me. I'll be ELATED, I'll jump for joy and dance like a fucking asshole the moment Brown is out of here. Hated him the first time, hate him all over again. DEFINITELY hated this years team, utter CRAP.
