Let it all out. The Cavaliers Rant Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I don't even care. Trade Kyrie for the best we can get. Make Dion the man and if Kyrie ends up making us pay. So be it.

Tomorrow night is a massive game for the future of this team, and I know that seems stupid but I think it is.

After tonights disaster, if they come out tomorrow and get steamrolled by Charlotte, at home, there are a lot of guys who probably wont be here next year. If Kyrie comes out and plays like he did tonight, it's going to get fucking ugly.

Ahhh...This thread feels like home being a Cleveland fan. When things are going great and the team is overachieving I don't know what to do.... I spend hours reading old threads to ease my enthusiasm. Then we have a shit game like this and I can come here and read the feelings of my brothers who are just like me. It just feels like Cheers and we are having beers around the bar letting out the frustrations.

So I agree....Fuck this team this year! Go Tribe!

See what happens when you anger the Tank gods?

Now we must sacrifice a virgin in order to appease the Tank God!!!

Kyrie needs to play hard tomorrow to help his "brand". He'll show up for that, I'll put money down any day of the week. When it comes down to Uncle Drew or Cleveland Cavaliers, I know he'll pick Uncle Drew any day of the week. He talks the talk, and most of you believe what he spouts. Which is all fine and dandy, but at the end of the day, this team is built around a loser and built to be a loser. Give this kid Dion's (this is in no way trying to spark that Dion vs Kyrie bullshit, so don't even insinuate) heart and he'd be a top 5 NBA player. We all preach this constantly, and pretty soon we're probably going to be saying "What could have been?"

Some of you will write this off as an overreaction, but some of you need to wake up. Kyrie isn't the only one in need of intense scrutiny. However, if we're going to have this guy have our franchise by the balls for the next half decade or so, we need him to play up to his potential night in and night out. He isn't this team's leader. This team has no leader. We are so fucked when you put it into perspective.

Fuck cavs the blog
Fuck brian windhorst
Fuck mike scott
Fuck lebrons pharrell hat

I swear to god, when that guy bought two tickets down to south beach cuz he can't fit in one seat he shoulda stayed the FUCK away from my team.

Fuck Windy- his lack of reporting until after the fact with Delonte and the Decision, etc. made him like a punk ass bitch and he knows it.

He's been overcompensating ever since. (As long as it doesn't effect any of the current access he has of course.)

Also I'm done worrying about Andy, Tristan, Hawes and our 2014 #1. Fuck'em. None are going to be on the team next year.

I think it's fairly obvious the plan is to package Andy, Tristan, Gee, Hopson and a crapload of picks (including the 2014 1st) in a big trade- after which we will need the rest of the cap space to try to re-sign who we traded for as well as some SF help.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. Don't really care to keep anyone on this team outside of Kyrie and Dion. Well, I want Delly to stay as well. The rest are incredibly expendable. I like Hawes and he fits nicely on offense. But if he's not hitting open threes he is absolutely worthless since he can't play defense. I still believe in Bennett but I would not be upset at all if he was traded. And honestly, I hope we trade our pick this year. Don't really care at all to bring another teenager in here.

I'm all for putting together a big package for a player. Trade em all to get something better.

I am frightened at the idea of us giving up all assets to acquire another all star. I know it is going to happen this summer too. Sad. Kevin Love is a one dimensional player, he won't contribute as much as people think he will. If we have to acquire a PF, I hope it's Aldridge. More well rounded player. Might take less to get him as opposed to Love as well.

This season by far, has been the least enjoyable Cavs season for me ever. Between the Kyrie/Dion beef, the failed Bynum experiment, Kyrie's regression, the atrocious free agency signings, our #1 pick looking horrible (I still hold out hope for him), the team looking uncomfortable with MBs philosophy, the Kyrie wanting to leave bullshit, the early season "player only meeting", Grant being fired, Gilbert being an overly active owner, the disappointing product on the court for most of the season, and finally the injuries that occurred right as the team finally looking like it had jelled... This has been the worst of dumpster fires ever!

At least when they were tanking they were good at that. Nothing a has went right this year. Even RCF has been less enjoyable. What used to be well thought out debates, now are just arguments from fan boys pushing their side of whatever is the hot topic for the month. (At least for the most part)

I miss the times of having a playoff team. And just as much, I miss the days of logging on here and reading intelligent debates that even if I didn't agree with a poster, I could take something away from his side of the argument and become a more informed basketball fan.

Can't wait til these last 4 games are over. Even moreso I can't wait til they offer Kyrie this damn extension so that we finally find out if he wants to be hear or not. I want nothing more than for him to sign the contract and to be able to watch him develop into the best player in the league not named Durant, James, or Anthony Davis (this guy may end up just as good as Durant and James, no hyperbole there either). But if Kyrie doesn't want to be here, don't let the door hit u, since 1985, I've rooted for the name on the front of the Jersey, whether it said Cavs or Cavaliers and one player will never change that!

Rant over

I actually agree that Davis is going to be the best player in the NBA the second LeBong falls off. I'm not sure he'll be as popular (I see him more as a "Duncan" type talent as far as that goes)....but he's going to be something really, really special.
