Banks would be nice, but he'd really be 3rd PG, basically doing what Mike Wilks is doing now. I don't think DJ is going to be going anywhere anytime soon.
I think Damon Jones is actually one of the better off the ball defenders on the Cavs, that is, he is usually at the right place at the right time. Jones on the ball is a little different, though its not as bad as you'd think. Lots of the matador stuff is supposed to be toward the help, Mike Brown does incorporate a help defense, but if the offense spaces correctly, Z can't help in time or someone blows a rotation. A guy like Banks would be able to stay with the quicker guys better than Jones or Snow could, and make up for slow or blown rotations.
