fuck thsi god damn game.

Just picked it up today and have dabbled in it before but nothing huge. Simmed through first year of the 59 games or whatever then started second season. drafted T. Jones with the second pick (Irving was first) along with Sullinger, and some other prick i forget. Did some random trades but didnt force anything, starting lineup of:

Mo Williams (asking for another contract, fuck you youll be gone, even though he did get me a double-double first game)
Leslie
Terrence Jones (a fucking hoss from the draft I downloaded, got me 29/4/2/2/2)
Jamison
M. Okur

Played Indi my first game, thought it wouldnt be a bad first game to get my team going, and found out they picked up Carmelo. Him and Granger together can suck my left ball. They were tearing me apart, brought it back to within 1 in the final 5 minutes (playing 9min quarters on All-Star, not good enough for Superstar) and then they went on a streak, Mo Williams can blow my dog for missing all those open 3's.

But none the less, good game. Have good cap space next year so if I just start doing real bad, ill sim again.

For anyone that simmed, did Carmelo go to the Pacers no matter what? or was that just random

I forced traded Melo to the Knicks in one that I began at the start if the NBA season, after the first roster updated and I've sim'd it out a few times

I've had him end up with the Pacers, Kings, Suns and the last one I did Melo signed with the Nuggets in FA :chuckles:

I like Steve Nash's, Jason Richardson's, and Ray Allen's. . . been using JRich's the most, though. Michael Jordan's for contested jumpers and guard default for fadeaways

Same, Durant's is perfect. Some of the players have really slow/fast releases, Durant's is just the right time.

Devin Harris' shot style is perfect for me, you actually let go at the top of the shot unlike JR Smith which is early, Boobie is late.

Just played Durant in my Assoc. ended yp being 110-100 OKC (odd, they actually have Perkins on their team) Durant is a monster. He dropped 50/12/9 on me.

I have Terrence Jones and he got me 42/15/11, wasnt enough though. The 1-2 combo of Terrence Jones & Austin Rivers for me though is awesome. Currently 21-9. With the Heat, Nets, Memphis not too far behind.

If im not mistaken, don't you just do the LT + O? I haven't played my player yet but im assuming? Maybe if you arent completely open he won't throw?

It's LT + B to throw lob passes but I think he's asking how to be on the receiving end of a lob pass.


Really, it depends. I believe it's Y to ask for a lob but it depends on that team's coach profiles (tendencies to throw lobs) as well as the player's tendencies to throw lobs. Most of the times you're better off asking for actual passes.

to receive a lob is the same to throw one...LT + B for xbox users

just did it and severely missed/overthrown....also if you keep doing it, you get docked on your teammate rating for calling for a bad pass
