Official Columbus Clippers Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hey.. sorry I've been way behind..

Quick question though..

How do I make a table on here?

Would be so much easier for everybody to read & also for me to keep up with

Carlos Carrasco picked up his 2nd win tonight for Columbus. A much better start then his first outing despite what looks like a poor performance on paper.

His box looks worse then he actually pitched. He pitched 7 strong innings, probably should have been pulled, and ended up getting touched up pretty good in the 8th.

Through 7 innings, Carrasco had only allowed 2 hits, 1 run, 1 earned, 1 walk and had 5 strikeouts.

He got a little tired in the 8th and allowed a single, double, two groundouts, a walk, and a HR before he got yanked.

I was pretty impressed with him before the 8th inning.

Also, fellow new prospect Jason Donald with 1-3 with a HR and 4 R. LaPorta went 3-4 with 4 RBI. Michael Brantley was 2-4 with 3 R, 1 RBI, a his 38th stolen base of the season.

Cool, although unfortunate that Carrasco got hit hard in the 8th.

Carlos Carrasco pitching a very solid game for Columbus tonight thus far, hoping this doesn't jinx him.....

Current line: 6 innings, 3 hits, 1 run, 0 walks, 7 strikeouts, 77 pitches.

Carlos Carrasco improves to 4-0 as a member of the Columbus Clippers.

7.2 innings, 5 hits, 2 runs, 1 earned run, 2 walks, 6 strikeouts.

He's only given up 17 hits and 4 walks in 28.1 innings with 27 strikeouts thus far.

Looks like he might be in line for a September callup.

Yeah, they said he would be before.
