Do Not Sell My Personal Information
As far as sleepers go....

QB: Cutler...had him last year...his garbage time yardage saved me in many games...only worrisome thing is Marshall being moved / rookie WR being out the beginning of the season
RB: Hyde...no more Frank Gore and i don't trust Kap's decision making in the red zone. I expect Hyde to have a much better year...i also like Melvin Gordon for PPR leagues. With all the playmakers NO lost, i expect Ingram to see a lot more touches also, specifically in the red zone where Graham was Brees' main go-to guy.
WR: another rookie...Amari Cooper...with Carr's development in the off-season, i think he will have a similar year to Mike Evan's rookie season.
TE: i expect Davis to have a better year...i am kind of lost when it comes to TE's b/c i have homerishly drafted Cameron the last two years. Any insight here would be mucho appreciated.

I wouldn't necessarily call em sleepers. Especially Gordon. All of them are going Round 6 & before.

Stevie Johnson and Brashad Perriman are guys I'm targeting later in drafts. Those will be the extent of sleepers I'll share. I was targeting Doug Martin in the 9th or 10th but now he appears to be going in the 6th and 7th and that's too high for me.

My favorite sleeper

Carson Palmer. He was a beast last year in the games he was healthy. Consistently scored over 20 ppg in standard scoring leagues. This year he's going in the last few rounds of most fantasy drafts when most people are taking kickers and defenses. If he's healthy he could be a low end QB1, high end QB2 depending on matchups.

Him getting hurt really fucked me over in my 12 team league last year. Waiver pickings are really slim in that league.

Benjamin confirmed to be out for the season with a torn ACL. Sucks for the Panthers, and for me since I drafted him in my free league.

Free league or not its a waste to do drafts 3-4 weeks ahead of time. People have no patience, my friend tried to get me to ante up $100 to join this past weekend's draft he held. No thanks, injuries always happen. Let them happen in the regular season for my team.

I only did it because I like to do a couple of free drafts ahead of time to get a feel for player value and a refresher on which free agents went where. I generally forget a lot of that over the summer while there's absolutely nothing going on sports-wise (I don't care about baseball) and I'm focused on other things.

Plus, it's a free league, so it doesn't really matter.

I agree with you about paid leagues, though.

When I get the urge I do some mocks of course. I'll do tons just to understand what position players will fall, and see what combos I come up with from each draft position.

I'm doing a mock right now actually.

Jarryd Hayne is an actual impressive sleeper. Tough Rugby player. RB/FB/Return man

Same with me. I drafted Matt Stafford as my QB and he was a colossal failure. He really held my team back from reaching its full potential until I picked up and started Palmer, then when everything started coming together he got hurt. Then, it was back to mediocrity.

Yeah, it's tough. It all depends how much the 9th/10th guy likes Gronk. I can see in a lot of leagues Gronk will be taken by the 9th/10th.

I am strictly a RB early type guy, treated me well in the past 5 years. I would even think of taking Hill there, if he falls to 8th. It looks like now he is taking over Foster's spot in the draft. You can still get 2 capable RB's in the 3rd/4th, so if you feel like taking 2 star WR's, it wouldn't hurt.

My dilemma-

I got 1st pick in the draft this year. I HATE it. Yes, you are going to get a stud player, but which one?! That is why I LOVE picking 3-4, b/c the player just falls to you. Now I am sifting through 3 guys. AP, Lacy & Charles. I am staying away from Bell b/c if you go down 0-2 in the season, it is such a hard time climbing back up to a playoff spot. Your team has to play really good ball the whole way. Can't have too many slip ups.

AP - Healthy (even though coming back from an injury in TC), determined, run-heavy offense. Improved offensive line. But off for a year. 30y old. Rusty? Haven't taken a huge bulk of heavy hits from massive NFL guys for over a year. Teams will stack the box.

Charles - Explosive. Quick. Catch & run back. KC will probably involve Davis more. He dropped off a lot last year. Older. Can KC finally throw to relieve Charles?

Lacy - Young. Entering prime of career. Workhorse. 3 down back. Power & quick. GB runs through Rodgers/passing. Rodgers loves passing. Passing loves GB. Too many weapons?

My guy is Lacy. I have said for months if I landed top 3 pick I would be pray he fell or I can land him. Now with all these "fantasy gurus" praising AP, it is killing me. And I have a bad feeling Charles is gonna have one final bounce back beast of a season.

Who would you pick? Unless something happens during preseason to reallllly sway me in a different direction, I am feeling Lacy.

[ 12 team. No ppr. No flex. Standard scoring ]
If Murray plays 16 games this year he will be the highest scoring RB in the NFL IMO. Everyone in my league knows no matter where I am drafting if on the board I am taking Murray. It might be an 'overdraft', but I've noticed over the years the 'safe, must be top 3 picks' aren't always as safe as they appear. I 'reach' a lot to get my guys, but a lot of times it ends up with me having the best RBs in the league. Last year my first two rounds were Murray and Bell (12 team league) in the first two rounds and people made sure they told me how much I reached while they took the 'sure things'. and my RBs were rarely if ever outscored week to week.

I have also taken the 'safe no way they could possibly not produce' over guys that I felt would make a leap and it has resulted in crap like Addai and Larry Johnson in their later crappy years.

When RBs fall off, they fall off. Not a concern with Lacy, but I would personally double take with Charles and AD. Murray is my unquestioned 1 though.

Had an early draft as my league always usually does and it went fantastic.

QB: Drew Brees (Somehow fell to the 7th round? Dont ask me how)
RB: Matt Forte
RB: CJ Anderson
WR: Alshon Jeffery
WR: Emmanuel Sanders
TE: Dwayne Allen
FLEX: Latavius Murray

K: Caleb Sturgis

DEF: St. Louis

BN: Arian Foster (couldn't pass the potential)
BN: Teddy Bridgewater (love this guy this year)
BN: Run DMC
BN: Terrance West
BN: Andre Johnson
BN: Jarvis Landry

All in all I'm very pleased. I usually tend to draft really well and let players fall to me.
