It seems people refuse to believe Kelley will be running anything but the system he has in place at Oregon.

Or he would be smart enough to avoid taking non prospects and trying to force a system that wouldn't work in the NFL.
He's not taking QBs who have no business in the NFL like Boyd or Klein.

For this draft I think you are looking at Geno Smith, Tajh Boyd, EJ Manuel, Colin Klein and Logan Thomas. You need a duel threat QB. Kelly's offense is run first and is predicated on the quarterback making fast decisions with the read-option, while taking rushing yards where he can.
Critics say Kelly's QB won't be able to handle the hits at the NFL level. There's undoubtedly some truth to that, but teams are using Newton, RG3, Kaepernick and Wilson in a similar way by having the threat of a QB run put pressure on the edge of the defense. Cam Newton is probably the ideal QB for Kelly's system, because he is big enough to take more hits than RG3. Tebow would also be a fit, but his inability to complete a pass makes him unusable.

People seem to think that Oregon is an all running option team.
Mariota has had a tremendous year throwing the ball. Kelly has been transitioning into a balance offense for quite some time. It's why the Pats run a version of his system as a full spread passing attack.
The Pats also have Tom Brady, which makes any type of offense they run successful.People seem to think that Oregon is an all running option team.
