Sources: Nets, Nuggets reach agreement; now it's up to Carmelo Anthony to say yes

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Chris Mannix from SI just retweeted something from nuggetsnews on twitter saying the deal was offical. Melo is a Knick.

Yup, Melo is a knick. Now the other balls will begin to roll

If true tomorrow is going to be such a busy day for trades to finally get done imo.

The Nuggets traded Melo to the New York Knicks tonight, a league source said. Denver gets Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov, the Knicks 2014 first-round draft pick, the Warriors' 2012 second-round pick, the Warriors' 2013 second-round pick and $3 million in cash.

Anthony will go to New York, along with Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Anthony Carter and Renaldo Balkman.

hefty price for NYK to pay...

I think tomorrow will be filled with a bunch of rumors. Wed and thurs will be the daysthey go down. Everyone was waiting for this deal to go through.

They got Shelden Williams? What a steal...

Going to actually be a drastic change for the Knicks to compete. I was diggin' their lineup, but...what now? How long will it take for them to gel? How happy is Melo? How pissed is Billups?

Knicks are gonna have to get really lucky in the FA in the next few years. . . no exceptions would fuck them up.

I think CP3 or Deron will take a paycut to play along side Melo and Amare

Dantoni is going to be so pissed off when he wants Bilups to push the ball and he's not going fast enough for Dantoni's liking. I can see NY calling us hard for Sessions.

They have nothing now its crazy. No draft picks or young players.

Also I just heard on ESPN somthing about more picks and Balkman being involves.

Taking back a bunch of old guys, trading the young talent you do have, and trading multiple picks is ridiculous. Im glad the Knicks did it :D
