How about Seriously High Intensity Training, or SHIT? "Come and try our new SHIT programs!"

But seriously, I'm contemplating some names.
Iron Cross Strength and Conditioning. Doesn't have to be presented as Christian, but it can be if I want it to. The Iron Cross is a military medal in some countries, and it is also a move in gymnastics as well as a sign of rebellion in the states. Or it could just sound sweet.
Myokinetics Strength and Conditioning is another.

Seriously pick a name. Keep it moving. Logo by end of week. Websites are really cheap. YouTube channel is free. Testimonials can be friends who you work out for a reduced price ($1?). Fb biz page is free. Then do a Like Drive w your church - every like you get will be a 50 cent donation to the church. Then make sure you post a couple times a week.
This is essentially going to turn into you and a flyer you made on Word if you don't get going.
