I don't think the Lakers can even trade their first rounder this year cause they traded their 2013 and 2015 to PHX as a part of the Nash trade and you can't trade picks in consecutive years.

They can make the pick for MIN and then trade the rights to the player. They just can't trade it in advance.

Seriously, if you really think Kevin Love wants to be here, then you're just lying to yourself. If he's not happy being on a below average team in a small market, cold weather climate, I have no idea why anyone thinks he'd seriously sign off on being here.

Dion was staying a Cavalier.

Jack is still on the table and should be moved if the right deal comes along.

who do you have in mind? AV and JJ are both solid guys at their position, so we would need to get something pretty good if we deal both in a trade.

Getting Jimmer in a small trade may make sense if Waiters is out for weeks instead of days. Fredette plus Aaron Gray works for J. Jack and makes sense for both teams if the Cavs can't use Jack in a bigger trade.

Even before the Dion injury, I approved the Jack-Thornton trade. Have the Kyrie/Dion/Deng/TT/AV lineup and then can have Delly/Thornton/CJ/AB/Zeller allows Delly to take full-time backup PG spot, Thornton slides in nicely at SG and then bumps over CJ to the 3. AB can play the 4 while Zeller mans the center. Good 10-man lineup IMO. Only thing I might think of is this they might not do it bc of the chemistry building up from the past 5 games, hopefully to be 6 tomorrow.
