Just something that popped into my head: How about Wally for Larry and 2 future 2nd rounders?

How good would Larry look for us right now?

Wow, this is the first thing I've seen you say in a while...and it is completely retarded. Hes complaining about his bench role in Chicago and he would be like 3rd off the bench for us which would probably lead to even more Laura Hughes bitching. Wally's contract will be worth a helluva lot more for us and could get us a real player at the deadline. And if he keeps playing as well as he did last night, why trade him?

I think he would work here well, but Wally's contract if we do trade him is worth a lot more than Larry Hughes is. Maybe a Pavs, eric snow and some fillers for Larry but not Wally.

If you ignore Larry's Mr. Glass status and his past with the Cavs, this trade could make a little sense. He's a tall, athletic, defensive 2-guard who can score when he has to (which is what most people are gunning for with Wally, unless of course we go for a big man, or get really lucky with a near all-star caliber player). His contract also expires after the 09/10 season, which is also a perfect fit for the Cavs. Plus throw in a couple 2nd rounders for good measure.

Having said all that, no thanks. It's Larry Hughes. :chuckles:
