Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Mike James has declared his desire to play at home in New York, whilst Jason Terry confirmed he wishes to remain a Maverick!

Dry pickings Cavs fans!

We could be really screwed in our search for a PG. There doesn't appear that there will be much available in the next couple of years. Ferry is going to have to be very creative to come up with a quality long term solution.
Things could change this summer and Terry or James could look at things differently then. Players like Watson and James would be upgrades but in reality they are just average PG's and I question whether they're good enough to be the starting PG on a championship contender.
The best bet might to just target a PG in the draft and do what it takes to go get him. The Cavs then have to play and develop him and not keep him at the end of the bench.

Amen to that one at least! :vio:

what? lottery pick? you been smokin' too much, karma. for us to finish in the lottery we'd have to end up behind a team like the bulls. we're 20-15, while they're 15-22. there's no way that we fall behind a team like that. they are seven games under .500. we are five games over! do the math! if we win half of our remaining games we win 43 games and probably make the playoffs.

what are you afraid of? that we'll collapse like last year? how could we do that? we have an allstar in james. we have a great outside shooter in jones. a former allstar center in ilgauskas. a stud in hughes who should make it through at least 50 games this season. an accomplished vet in marshall. we've got a coach and gm that come from successful programs. ferry went to duke and they are undefeated this year. just because they have never held such high positions in professional basketball is not need for concern. our crowds are always wildly supportive at the q. we'll be making a big trade or two next month. we are on national tv a lot. life doesn't get much better that this.
