XBox issues.

If I knew how shitty the XBox was put together, I dont think I ever would have gotten one.

My buddy has already experienced the three ring of death, which pretty much is a wrap for your xbox.

Now mine is freezing constantly...I did the memory clear thing that xbox.com support said to do but that didnt help.

anybody elses freeze?

ahh the ring of death, my friend bought a brand new 360 and got the ring of death 3 days later...he switched and got a PS3.

if you got a warrenty, youll be fine, or you can be an asshole and buy a new one, put the old one in the box and return it, which is what i did when my PS2 broke.

Yeah, but with the warranty dont i have to go through Xbox? Since the 90 days past, I dont think I can goto Best Buy?

I've had a bad hard drive and now mine is back in the shop with a broken disc tray (it won't open) in less than ten months.

The 360's now I think have a year warranty.

If you did get the Best Buy warranty (I really wish I had), you can bring your system in and they give you a new one for it.....

I do hate mail returns though, for the simple fact that it takes a good 8 weeks to actually get something back from them.

I never heard of the ring of death... cuz I never owned and Xbox.. I just know that PS2's had there far share of problems... The PS2 would scratch my games at will. I'm taking the first couple minutes of game play and the game would be completely ruined. Luckily I had connects at the game shop (at that time) and was able to get a new system without having a problem.

I'm just waiting to hear the BIG defect on the Wii and PS3, cuz I know it's gonna happen sooner than later!

I never had an issue with my PS2. I got it the first day it came out and its still up in my room playing games perfectly fine.

Xbox has already changed the cdrom three times because thats an issue and they still cant figure out this ring of death thing.

X-Box always wants your money.They suck,with customer service.My ps2 broke twice they fixed it for free.All I had to do was pay for Shipping and Handling.Microsoft will only want your money,so if you know a way to cheat their ass then get em because who really cares.I like James idea.
