Think of it this way...
The top 7 QB's in the league are pretty obvious and I think right now are some order of:
Tom Brady
Aaron Rodgers
Peyton Manning
Philip Rivers
Drew Brees
Ben Roethlisberger
Michael Vick
8- 15 is probably some order of:
Tony Romo
Matt Ryan
Joe Flacco
Matt Schaub
Eli Manning
Matt Stafford
Jay Cutler
Kyle Orton
He's not better than anyone in that top 7 and I personally don't think he ever will be. To be top 10, you'd basically have to say he could be as good or better than guys like Matt Ryan, Tony Romo, Eli Manning, Matt Stafford, Andrew Luck (probably) and so on. To be top 15, he'd just have to be better than guys like Ryan Fitzpatrick, Kyle Orton, Cutler, Bradford, etc.
I personally think he's an 11-15 guy in his prime, which would be better than anything the Browns have had since they came back. I'd take that.
