On the pro rosters I think you have the first and last names mixed up. How in depth is this. I'm a little confused. My coach's pace is a 54 will it help if I get a post offensive player and work with my coaches stats like that?
One other thing: If a coach has a lower number on the inside/outside ability, that means he will give more of a bonus to posts. If it's a higher number, he is better at helping out with perimeter players.
It's all built into the formulas of the game. It should work kind of like a real life team in that if you sign a coach who is very talented defensively, he could take your team from a middle-of-the-pack defensive team, to one of the best. That same coach could also take a bad team and help them on defense. It's best to have a coach who is very good at everything, but I would say development is probably the most important stat. A high development rating will help improve your players in the off-season. Training has to do with your team's medical staff, avoiding injuries basically.
