Anyone been to the new public square. Hearing good things. Overall I was impressed with what I saw in June during my visit. Still s long ways to go, but we have made some strides over the last 7 years for sure!

I agree with @Pick6 that it's not anything that I'd consider very exciting, but it is still very nice. I find it pretty inviting, very bright, and "sleek". Glen painted the interior at the Rebol restaurant there, so that is really cool. I also think the Soldiers and Sailors monument is a ton more accessible as its currently laid-out.

Was out in the flats last night enjoying the bars after the indians game.
Was robbed at gunpoint on the way out of the flats. Sounds about right. Dudes pulled up to ask for directions, and jumped out with guns toting.

Sorry to hear about that, I know that can be pretty unnerving. There is a West bank and an east bank of the Flats- where you by the West bank near the projects? By the new development on the east bank? By the titty bars?
