if the Yankees add Gerrit Cole and Francisco Lindor in the offseason, do they leapfrog the 2019 Astros for best team since the 27 Yankees? Obviously the price tag for Lindor is a factor and getting Cole to sign on the wrong coast will be a challenge.
Read the article and the writer seemed more convinced that the Yanks could get Lindor vs getting Cole. Wonder how much this has to do with the articles coming out a year or two ago about the poor living conditions of minor league players.Initially saw it as a bad thing. I guess how could you not from the headline "MLB Proposal Would Eliminate 42 Minor League Teams" ?
