Barkley and Shaq advised him to hit the pool a couple of years ago. Swimming is better for condition than running for big men as it avoids joint injuries.I don't think his conditioning is very good though. He looked gassed at several points. Not sure Embiid has the stamina to win it all.
I'd actually recommend water polo. Lots of fun and it will get you into shape quickly. Hard to keep ponies from drowning though.
